Fees

The registration fee is €50, which includes:

• a welcome reception on Wednesday evening
• lunch on Thursday
• a cocktail on Thursday evening provided by local authorities (Town Hall)
• coffee breaks throughout the seminar
• an official participation certificate.

Grants

AEDEAN offers a number of grants covering travel, accommodation and registration fees for participants who…

• are current AEDEAN members (information about membership: https://aedean.org/?page_id=157)
• are not currently receiving any public or private funding (e.g. predoctoral contract, project grant, travel grant)
• are in at least the second year of their PhD studies
• have not received a grant for the 2023 or 2024 AEDEAN Doctoral Seminars.

You may apply for the grant through the same online registration form linked above. Very important: To be considered for the grant, you must first pay the registration fee. If the grant is awarded, the fee will be refunded.

Grant recipients who participate in the seminar will also have free registration for the next AEDEAN Conference in Vitoria-Gasteiz: https://aedeangasteiz.com.
