The International Seminar «Eco-Fictions» will take place on December 15, 2016 at the University of Santiago de Compostela, with the participation of writers and scholars from Trinity College Dublin, University College Cork, University College Dublin, National University of Ireland-Galway and the three Galician universities.
Among the plenary speakers we will have: The poet Eiléan Ní Chuilleanáin, Ireland Professor of Poetry, the musician Mary Mc Partlan, Fulbright Ireland Ambassador, and Professor Anne Fogarty.
This International Seminar «Eco-Fictions» has been organised by the Competitive Reference Research Group «Discourse and Identity» (Xunta de Galicia GRC2015/ 002GI-1924) and by the Research Project «Eco-Fictions: Emergent Discourses on Women and Nature in Ireland and Galicia» (MINECO-FEDER FEM2015-66937-P).
